SURREY RESTAURANT TEAM GROW FLOCK
The award-winning team behind ‘The
Gosling’ in Horsell and ‘The Swan’ in West
Malling is expanding its flock by opening a new
restaurant in Twickenham next year. Hospitality
magnates Nick Levantis and Darryl Healy aptly
named their latest venture, ‘The Heron’, which
will mark the third opening for the dynamic duo
and their first in London. The new restaurant is
earmarked for a January 2027 launch and like
its 'bird themed' counterparts will serve modern
European cuisine all day, consist of a luxurious

launched a delicious 'Midweek Treat Menu'
where guests get to sample the best in fine
